markdown-clipper is a browser extension that will help you download a site or a page in the markdown format. The sites that will be downloaded are the ones that you are browsing right now. It is not guaranteed to work on all websites, so you should use it on websites that you know work with it.
The main reason why this extension is made is for people who are interested in saving a page as a markdown file, and it works as a web clipper. The extension will download the page and save it in the folder that you specify in the dialogue.
It will work as follows:
Click on the add-on icon while you are on the page that you want to download. Then, specify the path where you want to save the generated markdown file.
